What made you decide to stop?I used to drink on average 5-6 beers a day. That was years ago and basically just drink water now. On occasion I’ll have a beer after a round of golf, but rarely.
?My cholesterol got high and I needed to lose weight so I cut back on the beer drinking and eventually cut it out all together. Being healthy was more important.
Just remember not to offer a beer or any liquor to anyone sober or trying to be sober.
